Our photography add-on includes:

• A local professional photographer

• 30 minutes of coverage during your picnic

• 15+ professionally edited images delivered via online gallery

• Pre-event consultation to confirm timing, style, and preferences

• Timing advice to capture the best light (golden hour magic, anyone?)

We recommend scheduling your picnic for early morning or late afternoon for the most romantic, golden light.

If you'd like more coverage, custom edits, or a follow-up couple shoot, just ask — we can tailor a package to suit.

About an hour before your picnic, we’ll arrive to set everything up and fuss over the details until it’s absolutely perfect.

We’ll keep a discreet eye from a distance to make sure you arrive safely. As part of your booking, we’ll ask you to upload a photo of you and your partner—this helps the photographer spot you instantly and ensures we know you’ve arrived.

Once you’re settled, it’s time to get cosy, soak up the stunning surroundings, indulge in the delicious treats, and savour this unforgettable moment as a newly engaged couple.

When your picnic time is up, we’ll return at the agreed time to pack everything away—leaving you completely stress-free.

We know how important this moment is, and we want it to go as smoothly as possible. While we’ll do our very best to set up in your dream location, we always recommend having a Plan A and a Plan B — just in case Mother Nature has other ideas.

In the event of light rain, we provide a stylish cabana for a little shelter, but please note these are not suitable for strong wind or heavy rain. We are unable to offer refunds due to weather, so having a dry indoor backup location or a postponement date ensures you still get the magical experience you’ve imagined.

This moment is too special to leave to chance — so we don’t auto-book.

When you press the “Book Now” button, you’ll be taken to a short form (or email) so we can:

• Confirm your preferred date, time, and location

• Finalise the details of your picnic — styling, extras, and any special touches

• Arrange payment to secure your booking

To lock in your date, we require a 50% deposit at the time of confirmation.

The remaining balance is due no later than 5 days before your picnic.

We partner with a select number of beautiful local vineyards that provide the perfect setting for your proposal — and we'll confirm available locations at the time of booking.

If you have a special spot in mind, we’re happy to explore that too — subject to access and permission.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a beautifully detailed info pack — so all you have to do is show up, breathe, and ask the question.
